307th Bomb Group Color Pictures-Posted March 11, 2008
The following color pictures from the 307th Bomb Group (H) archive files were recently scanned from slides. Over the last 60 years thousands of 307th BG pictures and documents were collected and stored in file cabinets and boxes. Last summer I received a semi load of boxes from the former Historian, James Kendall. I have them stored at a local climate controlled storage locker and have begun the daunting task of sorting, digitalizing and data basing all the materials. The following pictures will be added to our new database with keywords and known attributes (plane number, plane name, crew names, location, etc.).
